Aluminum sheet

Aluminum sheet is a product that has a great demand in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding and aircraft construction. To date, aluminum sheets are actively used in the food industry and construction, creating stained-glass facade and the erection of frontal. In the process of pre-fabricated aluminum sheets pass several stages of processing: hot and cold deformation (rolling, drawing). Hot deformation gives such a ratio of the velocities between deformation and recrystallization, in which recrystallization occurs in the entire volume of the workpiece. Unfortunately, the method of hot deformation is difficult to achieve high surface quality and provide the required dimensions. For this reason we apply cold deformation. This method involves the processing of metal pressure at room temperature or slightly different from its temperature. Cold deformation involves changing the shape of each individual grain. During cold deformation occur changes of the mechanical and physico-mechanical properties with the increasing degree of deformation strength and decreases ductility also increase.
